Prince Edward County Public Schools was pleased to welcome State Superintendent Jenna Conway, Secretary of Education Dr. Jeffrey Smith, and members of their teams to Prince Edward County Middle School on Monday!
During their visit, the group had the opportunity to tour classrooms, see instruction in action, and connect with our students and educators at Prince Edward County Middle School. Our students represented our division exceptionally well, and the classroom instruction showcased the dedication and hard work happening every day across PECPS.
We’re proud to welcome education leaders to our schools and give them a firsthand look at the learning, engagement, and opportunities taking place across Prince Edward County! 🦅.📖
Our Eagles are working hard to raise funds for their educational trip to London and Paris in May 2027, and there are TWO great opportunities to show your support!

You never know what a student, friend, coworker, or family member may be experiencing. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or connecting someone with support can make a difference. At PECPS, each school has a mental health counselor available to support students in person. Students can also access virtual counseling through Uwill. If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out. You are not alone. 💜
